Shipping Prices 

New Zealand 

Spend $100 or more and receive FREE tracked delivery New Zealand wide! All orders under $100 are a flat fee of $10 for tracked shipping (Rural and non-rural addresses). 

Please expect deliveries to take 2-3 business days from date of dispatch. 

Australia  

Spend $250 or more and receive FREE tracked delivery to Australia! All orders under $250 (approx. $230AUD) are a flat fee of $20 for tracked shipping (Rural and non-rural addresses). 

International  

Spend $500 or more and receive FREE tracked delivery internationally. All orders under $500 are a flat fee of $39.90. 

Shipping internationally has increased significantly in price since COVID-19 and we are trying our best to give customers the best price we can.  

Please be aware that our international shipping price does not include customs duties and taxes for the country it is sent to. Please read more below regarding international Deliveries 

International Deliveries 

For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. 

Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods. 
 
Failure to collect your parcel due to not wanting to pay these fees or the parcel being returned to us due to incorrect address information or non collection from Depot will result in a return of your original order amount less $60NZD to cover the costs for processing + inbound and outbound freight costs.  
 
Please make sure your order is correct. 
No order changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. 
Customs duties & Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer for all countries - if you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by Brushtail Ltd. 

Shipping Timelines for New Zealand  

We try to ship all items the following day to ensure that you receive your package as soon as possible. However, please allow 2-3 days for processing time, and up to 4-7 extra working days when purchasing during a sale.  

Delivery delays will be as a result of couriers which is sadly sometimes outside of our control.
